Over 250 construction and related jobs will be created to build West Jacksonville Medical Center. It is estimated that the project will take one to two years to complete, which will bring substantial employment opportunities to the westside of Jacksonville.

Upon completion, it is predicted that approximately 800 people will be employed by West Jacksonville Medical Center in both full-time and part-time positions. This encompasses doctors, nurses, technical staff and administrative support.
